Responsibilities:

- Ensure IT practices align with business needs.

- Lead cross-functional delivery of technology deliverables using negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques.

- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation.

- Lead sprint planning and stand-ups to manage the entire project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with technical and product teams to break down complex projects into prioritized plans.

- Create visibility into status and progress for the team and stakeholders.

- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and define mitigation plans.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

- Relevant IT project management experience.

- Robust analytical and project management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
