RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the setup of banquet rooms according to established floor plans (tables, chairs, linens, dishware, glassware, audiovisual equipment).

Provide food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, conferences, and special events.

Clear tables, clean, and restore rooms after events.

Work closely with the service team, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.

Comply with all applicable hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

Respond to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism.

Transport and handle equipment and materials required for events.

Be able to lift and carry loads of 30 to 50 pounds.

Maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and secure condition.

Perform any other related duties assigned by management.





QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality, food service, or events industry is an asset.

Excellent customer service skills; courteous, professional, and guest-oriented.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Team player with strong reliability and a sense of responsibility.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.

Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work.

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
