Affogato Café + Gelato is Huntsville’s European high-end café by the waterfront, where you can find authentic artisan gelato that is made in-house, specialty drinks, artisan chocolates, European pastries, handcrafted desserts and more!

We are looking to hire for the long-term, offering someone the opportunity of learning the craft of creating specialty coffee drinks and mocktails and are interested in learning about Gio’s fine hand-crafted chocolates, European desserts and artisanal gelato.

This role will require valuable problem solving skills, as well as excellent people skills. Customer service, as well as being a team player is incredibly important to us.

:

● You will train with our Head Barista on the espresso machine, and will be required to learn our menu featuring espresso based beverages. Once fully trained you will be responsible to serve drinks while on shift.

● Greet customers

● Provide prompt and personal service to customers





● Maintain a positive attitude and atmosphere

● Work cash register

● Open and close the cafe with help from a supervisor

● Stock product

● Scoop gelato when needed

● Maintain a clean environment

Schedule Info:

This position is part time (year round - open 7 days a week) and will require you to have a flexible schedule.

5-8 hour shifts

4-6 days a week

Weekdays, most weekends, and some stat holidays.

Tips are 100% paid/given to employees
