We’re not just pouring coffee — we’re brewing connection, comfort, and a cozy culture that makes every visit feel like home. At Juillet Cafe, we’re a group of passionate coffee lovers who believe in the power of teamwork and good vibes. Although we are not yet a world-wide influencing cafe, we believe in impacting our local community one sip of coffee at a time!

If you’re someone who’s excited about the art of coffee-making, loves working with people, and thrives in a cooperative, supportive environment, you might just be our next Barista!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Master the art of crafting all drinks on our menu (from lattes to specialty drinks!)

- Keep things running smoothly by managing inventory and reporting to your manager

- Greet every guest with warmth and offer standout customer service

- Keep the café stocked, clean, and organized like a pro





- Learn and follow proper opening/closing procedures

- Operate the cashier with accuracy and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

- FoodSafe Certification (or be ready to get certified within a month of hire)

- Available 3–4 shifts/week, including weekends

- Comfortable working morning or evening shifts

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service

- Strong English communication — we’re a fully English-speaking workplace!

Bonus Points If You:

- Know a thing or two about coffee (espresso? pour-over? yes please!)

- Have an eye for detail and keep things organized

- Communicate clearly and vibe well in a team setting

- Are self-sufficient and take initiative

- Speak or understand Korean (not required, but a lovely plus!)
