We are looking for the true coffee lovers to join our team. A perfect 'Philosafer'/Barista is someone who has a burning passion for coffee and is empathetic and kind towards our local community. Ideally you should have some experience in specialty coffee but it's not absolutely essential to have experience, as long as you are willing to learn, we can teach you!
