Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate drink and food orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Mix and serve beverages according to standard recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving dishes and refilling orders promptly
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service
- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and alcohol service to ensure guest safety

Experience





- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is required, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- This role is for a bartender; however, this role will also assist with serving shifts as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions, making change, and calculating tabs accurately
- Understanding of food safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service
- Experience in hospitality environments demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
