We are looking for a Full-time Beauty Advisor to join us in our Highstreet location.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance with anything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable, and efficient manner.

- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

- Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and other beauty products.

- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

- Maintain product displays, testers, and cleanliness of the counter area.

- Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directed by management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables.





- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

- Conduct personalized beauty consultations and recommend products based on customers' skin type, concerns, and preferences.

- Demonstrate product application techniques, including skincare routines, makeup application, and fragrance selection.

- Stay up to date on product knowledge, beauty trends, promotions, and recent launches to provide accurate information to customers.

- Ensure health and safety standards are followed.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Eligible to work in Canada.

- Adaptable work hours and times.

Skills & Experience Required:

- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.

- Minimum 1 of experience in retail, cosmetics, or beauty sales preferred.

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

- Merchandising skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
