SOURCES is searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Prince George to enhance community support through client-focused interventions. This role prioritizes engagement and evidence-based strategies in wide-ranging environments.

As part of our Behavior Analyst and Consultation team, you'll engage with clients and conduct essential assessments to create tailored intervention strategies. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and possess a comprehensive understanding of cultural sensitivity and issues surrounding disability. The role requires traveling to surrounding areas frequently.

Key Responsibilities:



• Schedule and attend client meetings • Develop and modify Positive Behavior Support Plans • Conduct various assessments including VB-MAPP • Maintain confidentiality of client-related information • Create an accurate and timely work schedule

Requirements: • Must hold BCBA Certification or be actively pursuing it • At least two years’ experience developing Intervention Plans • Strong writing skills and competency in Microsoft Office • Professional demeanor in all communications • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
