Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert for a remote, customer-facing role in Canada. You will help clients complete their taxes using TurboTax and related Intuit software, providing guidance and reviewing returns with accuracy.
You will communicate via video and audio tools and document all interactions for precise record-keeping. The role requires at least 2 years of paid tax preparation experience, bilingual English and French, and the ability to work a adaptable schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per
