Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor-recycling

Wages: CAD$31.00-37.00/hour (depending on experience)

Types: Full-time, Permanent (availability to work weekends is considered an asset)

Working hours: hours/week

Advantages: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties

Supervise, assign, and review the work of staff;

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve procedures and policies;

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations;

Schedule and co-ordinate work of staff ;

Requisition materials and supplies;

Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions;

Train workers in job duties,



safety procedures and company polices;

Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Job Requirements

Completion of secondary school;

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field required.

Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related asset

Language at work: English
