We are looking for a vibrant, proactive, and organized leader to oversee the daily operations of our centre and help guide our team toward excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, naturally connects with parents, and is excited about STEM education, especially coding and technology. You are someone who leads by example, takes initiative, communicates effectively, and creates a positive and welcoming environment for both families and staff.

You are detail oriented, adaptable, and confident managing a fast paced environment. You know how to motivate a team, maintain high standards, and help create an unforgettable experience for every child who walks through our doors.

A background in sales, customer service, leadership, or education is a strong asset.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will directly influence the success of the centre by:

- Overseeing day to day centre operations
- Representing and promoting the Code Ninjas brand with pride
- Managing inquiries, conducting tours, and assisting families with registration
- Creating a welcoming and positive experience for all students and parents
- Maintaining clear communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and learning journey
- Supporting and managing a team of Code Senseis to ensure a safe, engaging, and energetic learning environment
- Scheduling staff and ensuring proper Sensei to Ninja ratios are consistently maintained
- Staying informed on what is happening in the dojo and communicating important updates to parents, staff, and owners
- Supporting seasonal marketing initiatives and helping grow the centre’s presence in the community
- Encouraging strong student engagement and positive classroom culture
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization,



and professionalism throughout the centre
- Adapting quickly to changing situations and making informed decisions
- Providing regular operational updates to the centre owners

What You Bring to the Table
- Experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or leadership setting
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- The ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping center to grow
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confidence leading a team in a fast paced environment
- A solid understanding of customer service, sales, and business operations
- Comfort using technology including Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and office tools
- Experience with marketing, social media, or community outreach is an plus
- Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the centre
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team first mentality

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
