We’re looking for an outgoing, personable, and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll represent our company and create positive experiences for customers through in-person conversations, promotional activities, and brand engagement.

What You’ll Do

- Represent our clients’ brands in a friendly, professional, and positive manner.
- Engage with customers and members of the public during promotional activities.
- Introduce customers to the client, products, services, and current promotions.
- Start genuine conversations with customers and learn about their interests and needs.
- Explain product and service features, benefits, and available options clearly.
- Build customer interest through informative and engaging conversations.
- Recommend relevant products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Use a friendly, consultative approach when helping interested customers make purchasing decisions.
- Support customers through the purchase process when appropriate.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and in-person marketing activities.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Stay up to date with product information, promotions, services, and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity when required.
- Work toward individual and team engagement and sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.

This is an entry-level position, and previous sales, marketing, or brand ambassador experience is not required. Whether you’re looking for your first skilled opportunity or want to build experience in a customer-facing environment, we provide training and support to help you learn the role.
