Our Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Digital Portfolio Management / New Ways of Working initiative.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Business Analysis and Portfolio Management experience with hands-on expertise building and rolling out solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Support Portfolio Management processes, including resource capacity planning, resource demand planning, prioritization and new work intake
- Build, test and support the rollout of business applications and tools using MS365 technologies
- Develop business processes, workflows, process maps and swim-lane diagrams
- Create performance measures, KPIs and executive-level dashboards using Power BI
- Conduct business process improvement and re-engineering activities
- Develop traceability matrices, business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and technology teams
- Support organizational change, training, documentation and knowledge transfer




- Help deliver portfolio-wide digital tools to a large employee population

Must-Have Experience

- Strong Senior Business Analyst experience
- Experience in Portfolio Management, including resource management, capacity planning, prioritization, current work intake and executive reporting
- Hands-on expertise with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft 365
- Experience building and rolling out technical solutions across a large organization
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change management experience
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, workflows and business process modeling

Nice to Have

- Healthcare or broader public-sector experience
- Experience with Copilot / AI tools for business process improvement
- Agile, structured or object-oriented requirements methodologies
- Experience with governance / gating processes
- Data modeling and Power BI drill-down dashboards
