DART Aerospace is looking for an experienced Buyer to join our Supply Chain team for a high-impact 6-month contract supporting our aerospace manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on procurement role for someone who knows how to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, manage supplier priorities, and react quickly when material availability impacts production.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Issue and manage purchase orders for materials, components, and services
- Follow up with suppliers to secure on-time delivery and resolve shortages
- Analyze quotations, pricing, lead times, and supplier capabilities
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, and quality
- Work closely with Production Planning, Materials, Engineering, and Operations
- Identify and escalate supply risks before they impact production
- Maintain accurate purchasing information within the ERP system
- Support supplier negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives




- Contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain

What we’re looking for:

- Previous purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing workplace
- Strong experience managing purchase orders, suppliers, lead times, and shortages
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving production environment
- Bilingual French and English

Experience in aerospace, aviation, industrial manufacturing, or technical components is a strong asset.

This role is particularly suited to a Buyer who is comfortable stepping into an active manufacturing environment and contributing quickly during a 6-month mandate.
