Raise is directing the search for a C-SOX Audit Specialist to support the needs of a prominent client within the Alberta electricity sector. Reporting to the Lead Auditor, you will ensure audits are conducted independently and objectively, with an emphasis on non-IT controls. This 5-month project calls for someone proficient in audit methodologies and IIA Standards, who can communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of C-SOX controls • Prepare adequate documentation for audit findings • Develop operating-effectiveness testing for controls • Collaborate with IT audit teams to ensure comprehensive reviews • Document exceptions and maintain audit quality
