The Supervisor/Captain reports to the Restaurant Manager and assists in overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations. They supervise and support team members while playing a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure proper service planning based on anticipated guest volume;
- Inspect the dining room to ensure all areas are properly set up and service-ready;
- Supervise and support staff members throughout service;
- Maintain ongoing communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service operations;
- Ensure guest satisfaction during and after service;
- Handle guest complaints and concerns when required;
- Participate in inventory management;
- Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Training in restaurant management is considered an asset;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Leadership skills and excellent communication abilities;
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative;




- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
