Job Summary

We are looking for a Car Rental Assistant to join our team in Richmond, BC. This position supports the daily operations of the branch by ensuring vehicles are clean, ready, and properly organized, while also providing excellent customer service throughout the rental and return process.

What You’ll Do

- Clean, wash, and prepare vehicles for rental
- Move and organize vehicles according to branch needs
- Assist with customer pick-up and drop-off
- Support customers during vehicle pick-up, return, and handoff




- Verify driver information and complete required documents
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with bookings
- Maintain accurate rental records and system updates
- Inspect vehicle condition to ensure quality standards are met
- Work with the team to support smooth branch operations and fleet availability

- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to safely move and handle vehicles
- Customer service or car rental experience is an asset
