Join our dynamic and growing construction team as a Carpenter and bring skilled craftsmanship to life! In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures using a variety of hand tools and power tools. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and schematics into tangible, high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial builds, all while honing your carpentry skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute projects.
- Construct frameworks, formwork for concrete pouring, and install drywall with
- Install siding, framing, doors, windows, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols, including heavy lifting techniques and proper tool handling.

Requirements





- Proven experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but we are willing to train. Some experience is an asset
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, siding techniques, concrete forming, and finishing processes.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights in various weather conditions.
- Robust attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Relevant construction experience or vocational training in carpentry is preferred;
