Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Framer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse building projects, from framing new structures to restoring existing ones, all while honing your craftsmanship and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Construct and install wall frames, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, walls, and other structures.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing materials with precision.
- Operate heavy equipment safely to assist in lifting, moving materials, or performing site preparation.




- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on carpentry or framing projects.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and woodworking techniques.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, welding, and heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Experience working with drywall installation, siding application, and restoration projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction safety protocols is essential.
