VAUGHAN'S NEWEST MEDICAL COSMETIC CLINIC
Looking for a
Self-Employed Lymphatic Massage Therapist / Certified Lymphedema Therapist
Location: Vaughan, Ontario
Position Type: Self-Employed / Independent Practitioner
Monthly Room Rental: $1,200
Contract will be for ONE YEAR, however if you enjoy the space we can always extend .
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, or experienced Lymphatic Massage Therapist to join our growing medical aesthetics and beauty clinic in Vaughan.
This is an opportunity to run your own business while working alongside an established cosmetic nurse and medical esthetician/lash professional, creating a collaborative environment where independent professionals can support one another, share knowledge, and help grow each other's clientele.
Our team brings 16+ combined years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, including extensive experience in cosmetic nursing, medical aesthetics, skincare, esthetics, and lashes.
Whether you are an experienced lymphatic therapist looking for a professional space to grow your existing clientele, or you're newer to the industry and looking for exposure and a supportive environment, this opportunity allows you to be your own boss while still being part of a team.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?Build Your Own Business
You will operate as an independent self-employed practitioner, meaning your clients, bookings, payments, pricing, and business transactions are managed through your own business.
You have the freedom to:
- Set your own pricing and services
- Manage your own schedule and clientele
- Build your own brand and business
- Operate independently while having the support of a collaborative team
- Grow your clientele through referrals and exposure within the clinic
We are passionate about supporting women in business and creating an environment where independent professionals can grow together rather than compete with one another. Clientele & Cross-Referral Opportunities
One of the biggest advantages of joining our space is the opportunity to work alongside busy professionals who already have established clientele.
We believe in referring clients to one another when appropriate. A client coming in for a facial, injectable treatment, skincare consultation, or lash appointment may also be interested in lymphatic services — and vice versa.
We want our practitioners to succeed, and we believe that sharing clientele, knowledge, and opportunities benefits everyone.
This can be especially valuable if you are:
- Starting to build your clientele
- Looking for additional exposure
- Expanding your services
- New to operating independently
- Looking for a professional environment with other established practitioners
Professional, Convenient Location Our clinic is ground-level and street-facing, making it easy for clients to find and access.
Unlike many private beauty suites that can be difficult for clients to locate, our space offers:
- Highly visible street-facing location
- Easy ground-level access
- Dedicated client waiting area
- Front desk/reception area
- Private treatment space
- Back-area cleaning and sanitation space
- Dedicated hand-washing sink
- Sanitization/utility sink
- Washroom
- Wi-Fi
- Comfortable environment for both practitioners and clients
Your clients are also welcome to enjoy the amenities we provide at the clinic. We are happy to provide complimentary bottled water and coffee for your clients at no additional charge. Product & Education Opportunities
We are also passionate about continuing education and staying connected within the beauty and aesthetics industry.
As part of our clinic environment, you will have the opportunity to participate in skincare education and product training sessions when applicable.
If you are interested in offering skincare or other retail products to your clients, we are open to discussing opportunities to carry products within the clinic. A 10% commission structure on product sales can be arranged for qualifying products sold through the clinic.
This is a great opportunity to continue learning about the industry, expand your knowledge, and introduce your clients to complementary services and professional skincare.
