Fort Personal Training is looking for an experienced, skilled personal trainer who delivers great coaching and can be counted on consistently.
We’re hiring for early morning, mid-morning, and evening availability, with schedules built into 4–6-hour shifts.
About the role
You’ll coach clients through safe, effective workouts, help them build confidence, and support steady progress toward their goals. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, connects well with clients, and brings professionalism to every session.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a personal trainer.
- Current, recognized personal training certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and communication.
- Strong coaching skills, including proper technique instruction and exercise modifications.
- Excellent professional references.
- Availability for one or more of our early morning, mid-morning, or evening shifts.
