Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and safety protocols.
- Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage practices to minimize waste and control costs.
- Enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards in compliance with local health codes.
- Oversee food presentation, ensuring each plate meets the restaurant’s visual standards before serving.




- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Train new team members on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills across diverse cuisines.
- Extensive food handling knowledge and adherence to food safety standards.
- Experience in restaurant management or kitchen leadership roles.
