Apple Tree Family Daycare is an established, licensed, and deeply trusted childcare program that has proudly served families in our community for over 20 years. Beautifully located near the Deer Lake area in Burnaby, our program focuses on high-quality care for a small group of up to 8 children. We believe in a play-based learning philosophy, where children explore, discover, and learn naturally through hands-on play.

Job Duties
- Lead interactive circle time: Plan and run engaging daily circle times featuring age-appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays that connect with a multi-age group.
- Support play-based learning: Create a fun, child-led environment with open-ended play materials and activities.
- Manage a multi-age room: Balance the needs of up to 8 children of different ages, from toddlers to preschoolers.
- Provide physical care: Handle bottle-feeding and diaper changes for tiny ones, while guiding older kids with potty training and meals.
- Ensure safety: Maintain close supervision during all indoor and outdoor activities.
- Build relationships: Communicate daily updates directly with parents during drop-off and pick-up.
- Keep order: Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized play space.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
