About the Role

As a Chiropractor at Kinetic Labs, you’ll play a key role in helping clients move better, feel better and understand their bodies more deeply. You’ll work within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment alongside physiotherapists and massage therapists to deliver thoughtful, hands-on care that’s backed by evidence and supported by technology.

You’ll combine manual therapy with movement prescription, strength testing and tech-enabled diagnostics to assess and treat each client with precision. You’ll help design integrative treatment plans that address root causes – not just symptoms – and build longterm strategies for recovery, performance and injury prevention.

Our clinic is built for clients who value transparency and agency over their recovery journey and for practitioners who value teamwork, autonomy and continuous learning. You’ll have the opportunity to lead case discussions, space client experiences and contribute to the development of a modern, human-first rehab model.

Primary Job Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design systematic treatment plans

- Provide hands-on care, mobilizations/adjustments,



soft tissue therapy and exercise guidance as appropriate.

- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists and RMTs to support integrative care

- Maintain accurate client records and track clinical outcomes

- Assist in designing and refining new clinical protocols and services

Communication and Collaboration

- Foster seamless communication between disciplines to support integrated treatment

- Build trust and rapport with clients through empathy, knowledge and consistency

- Offer insight into client recovery progress and help adapt treatment plans as needed

- Act as a team player who brings both clinical skill and positive energy to the space

About You

- Current registration as a Chiropractor with the Chiropractic College of Ontario





- Valid skilled liability insurance and adherence to regulatory standards

- Growth mindset with a desire to lead in clinical practice and education.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and build a caseload effectively.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.

- Participate in community events, presentations, and outreach activities.

- Bonus: Additional training or certification in acupuncture, dry needling or clinical teaching.
