Hartery’s Oilfield Hauling Ltd. is looking for a reliable, experienced, and safety-focused Class 1 Driver to join our growing transportation team in the Grande Prairie area.

We are looking for a professional driver who takes pride in their work, equipment, and commitment to safe and efficient oilfield transportation. This position involves a variety of oilfield hauling, including flatdeck/highboy work, frac equipment moves, access mat hauling, and equipment transportation. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial driving experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to operate in a variety of road, weather, and oilfield conditions.

The successful driver will be responsible for completing daily inspections, securing loads properly, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all equipment is operated and maintained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate company trucks and trailers for oilfield hauling and transportation
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials
- Follow all company safety policies and oilfield regulations
- Complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation accurately
- Maintain communication with dispatch and customers
- Keep the interior and exterior of assigned equipment clean and well maintained
- Report on mechanical issues and equipment deficiencies promptly
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers




- Work independently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and reliability

Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Clean 5-year commercial driver’s abstract
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Oilfield hauling experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of transportation safety requirements
- Ability to complete daily inspections and identify mechanical issues
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours and accommodate oilfield schedules
- Safety tickets and oilfield experience are considered an asset
