Gremac Maintenance is a leading provider of skilled cleaning and maintenance services. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across multiple locations. We are currently seeking a site manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure smooth workflow across our sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties, such as bending, stooping, and reaching
