We are seeking a Full Time- Clinic Operations Lead. Please join our team in Lakeshore, ON. In addition to our Sales Lead and Clinic and Finance Manager we are seeking this new and unique role to complete our New Step Wellness Team(Lakeshore)

Position: Full-Time Clinic Lead Operations(contract)

Contract Duration: 1 Year- Full Time (permanent)

About Us: Our clinic specializes in Pedorthic care, providing expert footcare solutions, quality footwear, and orthotic services to our community. We pride in being a patient-centered clinic with clear treatment plans and realistic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage daily operations of all clinics, Expertly navigate EMR system for coordination and dispensing of goods and services; in a rehabilitative environment.
- Clinician scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Human Kinetic- highly preferred

· Degree/ Diploma in recreation therapy, medical terminology, nursing or any allied health





· Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Mild to moderate proficiency in third parry billing (EHS)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude

What We Offer:

· $50,000-80,000 ( negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
