The Pharmacist will deliver comprehensive medication-related services, including assessment, drug therapy management, counseling, and education for patients and families.
Ideal candidates will hold a Pharmacy degree and Ontario licensure, with strong clinical skills and experience in a multidisciplinary hospital setting.
