We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Skills
- Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety practices
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, tools, and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting issues
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliability and a positive attitude dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Pay: $15.87-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
