Interior Health Authority in Invermere, BC is seeking a dedicated Community Health Worker to join the Invermere Home Support team. You will provide home-based, patient-centered care to help clients maintain independence and well-being while supporting nurses and LPNs in a dynamic home care program.

This permanent part time role offers day and evening shifts, focusing on compassionate care, safety, and collaboration within a supportive team.
