We are looking for an experienced and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience finishing concrete and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces
- Use hand and power tools to finish concrete
- Set and work with forms, edges, and joints
- Operate bull floats, power trowels, and other concrete-finishing equipment
- Ensure concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and properly finished
- Perform patching, repairs, and other concrete-related work as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements
- Work effectively as part of a crew and follow directions from supervisors

Qualifications

- Previous concrete finishing experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods




- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-focused attitude
