Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Field Coordination

- Visit job sites daily to inspect progress and quality of work
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and laborers
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate city inspections, permits, and client walkthroughs
- Maintain daily site reports, material logs, and progress documentation

Office Administration & Coordination

- Track and update project progress in tools like ENROUTE or spreadsheets
- Handle client communication, scheduling, and general office management
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders, delivery slips, and receipts
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

Cold Calling & Sales Support

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, suppliers, and leads
- Maintain lead pipeline and call records
- Follow up with clients regarding quotes, timelines, and contracts

Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Manage and update company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and post project updates, reels, behind-the-scenes, and finished work
- Help prepare marketing materials like brochures, business cards, and ads
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Support management and site teams with miscellaneous tasks
- Assist in ordering materials, picking up urgent items, or delivering to sites
- Help coordinate events, meetings, or training sessions




- Participate in office or site-related cleanups and handovers
- Take on any temporary assignments that support project or company success

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in construction office or site roles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and construction documentation
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Valid G license and own vehicle (must be available to travel to job sites)
- Fluent in English (Punjabi/Hindi is an asset)

Assets (Nice to Have):

- Knowledge of permit and inspection processes
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (Procore, BuilderTrend, etc.)
- Certifications: WHMIS, Working at Heights, First Aid
- Graphic or video editing skills for social media content

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Brampton, ON L6T 4Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:
- Commercial construction: 1 year (required)

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:
- 75% (required)
