We are looking for experienced prep/line cooks to work in either our HARVEST Prep Kitchen located in Bedford or either of our HARVEST | A Farm-To-Table Eatery restaurants in downtown Halifax and Bedford. If you are looking for an exciting new prospect to grow with us, this might be the position for you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
- Complete food inventory checklists and food storage logs
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a line/prep cook, or equivalent
- High school diploma, basic reading and writing sills
- Familiar with industry best practices
