his is not a traditional graphic design position.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating production-ready artwork, supporting product launches, solving design problems, and helping build new automotive products. This role sits between product development, manufacturing, and marketing, ensuring every product is ready for production and launch.
Core ResponsibilitiesProduct Artwork & Production
- Create production-ready vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
- Prepare print-ready files for UV printing, vinyl cutting, and manufacturing.
- Prototype new product artwork and layouts.
- Build accurate cut files, templates, overlays, and production assets.
- Create installation graphics and instruction sheets.
- Maintain organized artwork libraries, revisions, and digital assets.
- Ensure all artwork meets company quality and manufacturing standards.
- Assist in improving production efficiency through better artwork and file organization.
Product Launch Support
- Create product page graphics and launch assets.
- Produce product renders and promotional graphics.
- Assist with product photography and image editing.
- Help prepare packaging artwork and printed inserts.
- Support new product launches across website, social media, and marketing channels.
Marketing & Creative Support (Preferred)
- Design graphics for social media and digital advertising.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create website banners and promotional graphics.
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Production Support (As Needed)
- Print, cut, weed, package, and inspect products.
- Assist with quality control.
- Support production during busy periods.
- Help maintain printers, cutters, and production equipment.
- Continuously look for ways to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Required Skills
- Expert-level Adobe Illustrator proficiency (required).
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Excellent vector illustration and production artwork skills.
- Strong understanding of print production and manufacturing workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent file organization and version control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning recent software and manufacturing processes.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude.
What Success Looks Like
After 90 days, this person should be able to:
- Independently create production-ready artwork.
- Build accurate print-and-cut files with minimal revisions.
- Support every new product launch with professional graphics.
- Maintain organized artwork libraries and production files.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency through better file preparation.
- Confidently assist production whenever needed.
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
