Role Description The Creator Partnership & Community Growth Specialist is a remote contract role focused on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with content creators, influencers, and strategic partners. This role involves researching relevant creator communities and platforms, conducting outreach, and negotiating partnership terms that align with Swift Tech Co.’s brand and growth objectives. The specialist will design and execute campaigns that activate creator networks, drive engagement, and expand community reach.

Day-to-day tasks include managing partnership pipelines, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with internal marketing and product teams, and optimizing initiatives based on data and feedback.



The role also includes maintaining clear documentation of partnership activities and providing regular reports on community growth outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret partnership performance data, community metrics, and campaign results.
- Experience building and managing partnerships, with a focus on creator and community-based initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for outreach, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Background in strategic partnerships and sales, including identifying opportunities and closing collaboration agreements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and creator ecosystems (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort using CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and collaboration software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Slack).
- Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or digital products and a general understanding of software development lifecycles is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
