As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing food, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace for our guests. Your contributions will directly impact the overall customer experience, making it essential to work efficiently and collaboratively with your team.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills





- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations is preferred.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to help others when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset.
