Lead crisis management initiatives as a Crisis Management Coordinator, delivering critical support for students experiencing mental health challenges. This role actively engages with crisis situations to ensure effective response and safety planning. In collaboration with educational leadership, you will develop and implement policies for crisis interventions.

Your role includes supporting students facing trauma, coordinating emergency responses, and utilizing IT for data management during emergencies. You'll also maintain accurate records and work on building relationships within the community to enhance support services. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement crisis support policies and procedures
- Assist students dealing with trauma and mental health




- Respond to emergencies with calm and efficiency
- Develop and review safety and treatment plans
- Ensure comprehensive record-keeping during incidents Requirements:
- BSW preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of First Nations education and community resources
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience with presentation skills
