The Crisis Response
Centre is a cutting-edge facility providing 24/7 mental health crisis services under the Shared Health Mental Health and Addictions program. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and apply your expertise in crisis intervention, suicide assessment, and psychosocial support. We seek candidates who thrive in high-pressure situations and have prior community experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical services to individuals experiencing crises
- Assess mental health needs and provide immediate interventions
- Work closely with the CRC Clinical Team and other health professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and career development
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions Requirements:
- Minimum four years of relevant community experience
- BN or RPN degree required
- Knowledge of Crisis Intervention Theory and related skills
- Registered or eligible with CRNM
