We’re looking for a reliable, dependable, positive person who genuinely enjoys working with people to join our team.

This is a full-time customer service and retail position in a friendly, enjoyable environment. We offer a wide range of wellness, home and outdoor living products, including hot tubs, pools, saunas, BBQs, outdoor furniture, water care products and home living essentials.

The right person for this role will be friendly, professional, organized and comfortable helping customers both in person and over the phone. We’re looking for someone who shows up with a great attitude, takes pride in their work and helps create a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, qualified manner
- Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries courteously
- Help customers with product questions, purchases, orders and basic issue resolution
- Process transactions and complete data entry accurately
- Listen to customers and help recommend products or services that suit their needs
- Maintain a positive and welcoming retail environment




- Work closely with the sales team and other staff
- Assist with upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
