- Enter data accurately into our systems to maintain up-to-date customer records and transaction logs.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with clients across multiple languages,



including English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts by promoting our offerings through friendly guidance and personalized recommendations.

Skills

- Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer situations and identify appropriate solutions.
