As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value after the sale. You will work closely with customers to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success while acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
This role is suited for professionals who are customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while owning retention and engagement outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of active customers post-sale
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding and ongoing support
- Ensure customers achieve value from products or services
- Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement
- Identify risks, address issues, and drive retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
- Identify expansion, renewal, and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM
- Meet or exceed retention and customer satisfaction targets
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 to 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
- Experience using CRM and customer success tools
