Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Data Engineer Tech Lead a long-term opportunity at Mississauga, ON (Hybrid).

Position: Data Engineer Tech Lead
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term (12+ Months)
Must have skills
- 5-8 years SQL & Python; cloud data platform experience (Snowflake highly preferred)
- ETL/ELT pipeline development at enterprise scale
- Experience with Stored procedures, task, dbt
- Data warehouse design, data modelling, workflow orchestration (Airflow or equivalent)
Soft skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
- Clear communicator; effective cross-functional collaborator, must work effectively with Data Architects, Analysts, and business stakeholders across a large program
