What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring packages get where they need to go with care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely drive a company delivery van and complete approximately 350 deliveries per day
- Organise, load and unload, and deliver packages for your shift each day
- Be comfortable using mobile apps for routing and delivery/ trip management
- Must be comfortable to safely drive and deliver packages in all weather conditions
- Work up to 5 shifts per week (shifts may be up to 10 hours), including weekends, as assigned
- Represent our company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude!

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Be customer obsessed – you will deliver more than Packages!
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
- Valid work authorization in Canada, clean drivers abstract & background check
- Ability to safely lift and deliver packages up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
