We are looking for a Delivery & Warehouse Associate to help out in our Shipping & Receiving Department!

We are under new ownership now and are looking to grow our team!

Position Overview The Delivery & Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, shipping workflows, and order fulfillment activities from our DSD Accounts in the lower mainland. This role works closely with the Warehouse & Shipping Specilaist, focusing on deliveries, assisting with material handling, inventory movement, and general warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing office administration with hands-on warehouse responsibilities and deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery: Load and deliver products accurately and securely. Follow traffic laws, plan productive routes, provide customer service, collect signatures/payments, inspect vehicles, and maintain delivery logs and paperwork.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and restocking materials. Support production by moving supplies. Assist with managing layout, space utilization, and workflow to improve efficiency and organization.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, verify orders, load/unload trucks, and ensure proper packaging and palletization.



Maintain organized shipping areas.
- Fulfillment Support: Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately. Label and stage shipments, and communicate stock issues.
- Inventory Handling: Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation. Track material movement and support First In, First Out (FIFO) and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Skills: Detail-oriented with accuracy in stock handling and order preparation. Able to follow instructions, work independently or in a team, and communicate effectively with coordinators, drivers, and production. Strong time management and basic knowledge of inventory flow and shipping processes.
- Forklift Certified

Working Conditions

- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical activity. Exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and machinery. Must follow all safety protocols, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and operational guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
