What you’ll do
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and manage appointments
- Handle payments, billing, and insurance
- Learn our dental software and office systems
- Learn & assist with sterilization and infection control
- Support the clinical team and room turnovers
- Help with inventory and day-to-day practice needs
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable travelling between locations when needed

Your primary location will be Rocky Mountain House, with occasional travel to Rimbey and Drayton Valley, and, as we grow, our new Sylvan Lake location opening in Fall 2027. Dental experience is an asset, but not required. Customer service experience and the right personality matter most.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
