This role requires expertise in change management and strategic leadership across various functions. As a key leadership figure reporting to the Executive Director, you will spearhead enterprise-wide change strategies that enhance collaboration and reduce resistance.

- Establish and govern the Enterprise Change Council for oversight
- Develop comprehensive change management and transformation strategies

- 8+ years of change management experience
