Duties

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.

- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, floors, and storage spaces.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by helping with food handling and prep work.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for daily operations.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of prepared dishes and uphold excellent food service standards.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food handling practices is essential.
