Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with current first aid and CPR, police clearance- vulnerable sector check to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge that set children on a path toward lifelong success.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and areas for growth
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to learning experiences
- Communicate regularly with families to share updates on their child's development and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly valued
- New/ Fresher or without experience also welcome, we will provide training
- Classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to manage group activities effectively
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Solid communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members

Pay: $15.00-$25.62 per hour
