Responsibilities

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
- Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their natural curiosity and love of learning
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
- Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones




- Collaborate with colleagues and families to create a cohesive approach to early childhood education
- Ensure the classroom environment is organized, clean, and stimulating to support active exploration and learning

Experience

- Prior experience working directly with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly preferred
- Classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young learners
- Proven skills in caregiving, nurturing, and creating inclusive environments that support diverse abilities
