Become a Youth Soccer Coach with CSP, a leading private sports operator in the GTA. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to nurture children's love for soccer from ages 18 months to 6 years. CSP provides fun, engaging soccer experiences for youth, prioritizing enjoyment and skill-building. As a coach, you will work with toddlers and young kids, focusing on basic skills, scrimmages, and game-like exercises.
Your role will emphasize playfulness, energy, and communication, helping children progress through various soccer stages. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage young children in soccer activities
- Conduct training sessions focused on fun and skill development
- Provide feedback to parents regarding progress
